We manufacture single stamped metal thermal conductors, bent metal thermally conductive components and complex sheet metal assemblies with integrated advanced liquid or air cooling technologies. Our press, equipped with specialized tooling, punches flat layouts, taps holes and forms small features, adding versatility to traditional punching operations. We use brakes to bend sheet metal into various geometries, creating thermal components that serve as standalone conductors or integrate into larger liquid or air cooling assemblies. 

Precision fin fabrication with custom enclosures

Eaton enhances heat sink performance with custom metal enclosures and cooling fin shapes. Our press enables us to produce unique thermally conductive fin shapes and scale production efficiently, offering more flexibility than traditional progressive die stamping machines. This press facilitates both high-volume production and quick, cost-effective prototypes without the need for complex dies. By leveraging standard and custom tooling, we design and manufacture a variety of cooling fin configurations to customize bonded fin assemblies that boost thermal management and overall heat sink performance.
